Nice game peter, it reminds me a bit of Lode Runner. 
The download URL that you posted doesn't work though because you've placed a full-stop at the end, this one does.

yes, it's the last point behind "RAR".
Can that become changed ?
The Map11 is not quite correct.
You can find a revised Map11 here:

How to do !
Open the directory "MAPS" and
overwrite the old "Map11-1.bin" - " Map11-4.bin" .
