Ahhh Vista, OK.

Brutus2D works in XP but not in Vista just out of the box. We can thank Microsoft for this.

There is a thread here on how to get Brutus2D working on Vista:

matthew did a great job of putting screen shots and a step-by-step guide together.

So go take a look at that thread and give it a try.

oh sorry
i click the icon and the error message pops up like a couple seconds after, i dont get to even see the program itself nothing pops up at all except for the error message box
and im running vista (HATEHATEHATE)

Hello coolio80,

Does the program start at all?
Do you get to the development environment?
Does the error occur when you try to an example code?
What operating system, etc.

Any additional info would help a lot.

whenever i try to run Brutus 2D i get an runtime error saying "Path/File Access Error"

any help?

I'll leave your post for now.
But
1.) Brutus2D is a 2D programming language. Not much need for 3D models
2.) You make this one post on every game dev site on the www. (this is close to being spam;
not sure what your involvement in it is)

If other members know you or your intent I would like to hear from you.
If you are genuine I will move your post to the Helpful links for game creation section.
It just seems a little fishy at the moment.
