You made a nice entry guilect. I guess you can do more then game making software
Here are a few suggestions: It would be nice if i could transfer planes between my own islands so that i can plan attacks and defend important islands. I would also like to see the ability to change an ongoing attack to another island. In skirmish mode i sometimes end up being alone on the level, and it needs to be better balanced. Also, when either the enemy or me is wiped out, the game should end. Not when all islands are conquered
all in all, a brilliant game. I hope you add some of my suggestions It is sad no one else entered. I participated in the nordic game jam this weekend, but our game didn't turn out quite as good as yours. But there were some great games though.

I have not done anymore on Island Commander. Although I agree with you on the too randomness of the Skirmish mode and ending the game when either you or the enemy are eliminated. I had thought about making it possible to send your own forces to one of your own islands, but never got to it.
Now I am on to other things.
It is a shame that no one here entered a game into the contest. You would have come in second automatically and have won something.
Here is hoping that next year more people will enter.

It is a shame really. I really really ...really... like the game Matthew you should have entered your rat game. Free prices hehe I was wondering if i should enter any of my brutus games/toys, but really i have been too pressed for time to make any of the toys into games, and i wasn't sure if it was allowed since i have been working on many of them from before the competition was announced... oh well...

I don't think I'd have ever got my game finished in time.
I don't know why peter didn't write a game for the competition, I think he would've stood a better chance of winning something than I would have.

Peter, are you saying you don't like participating in competitions?
Myself, i find it enjoying to see what everyone else made and to show what i made. I am sure guilect would have enjoyed some competition
