Well... Yes and no. I can see the images now, but all particles are red. Even the examples have red particles. Some seem to have disappeared, or they are just so weak on a black background, i'm not sure.
Shouldn't mouse dx, dy and dz get reset between calls to them (or calls to mouse.update, i don't remember)? Now they just accumulate.

particles here all look fine. Not sure how to go about tracking this one down....
mouse dx, dy, dz used to report only the delta between updates, then someone complained that in a fast update loop the delta was reporting only \'0\' or sometimes a \'1\' for a value.
What should it do, I can make do what ever the majority wants it to do.

Which version of the SpaceShooter Game are you using? I tried v0.04 and got this Error... ** ERROR ** Object required: 'fx' I then tried v0.03 and got this Error... ** ERROR ** Division by zero

The errors for 'fx' and 'gui' are because with v1.7 those objects are only available for registered users.

OK I think this is good.
I can make a change later tonight to try to get the color back with the particles.

not a major release like v1.8. But rather bug fixes to v1.7, hence v1.7.1 I am glad people are finding bugs. It means that people ares using Brutus2D.
