Parameters when creating exe don't work

When i create an exe all the different parameters that you can set, e.g. program name, don't work. Actually some strange values are used instead.

Also, when selecting an icon, the exe gets the low-colored version of the icon, i.e. 16 colored icon.

Will investigate.

I think the icon can go up to 256 colors.
This is a limitation of VB.
