The compiled version of the program gives this error "Unterminated string constant" whenever there is a ' inside a string.

Using the following as a test script, no errors are produced in either the IDE or the exe version.
Option Explicit
Dim mystring mystring = "It's a wonderful day" msgbox(mystring)
Can you either provide code snippet that is causing this error for you or send me all of the code so that I can try to track it down?

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this behavior. The example I give above works, the almost identical code in arabio does not work. This aspect of the issue has to do with the Microsoft VBScript's interpretation of the code.
Why the behavior is different between running in the IDE vs. from an exe is a B2D thing. I will see if there is something in this regard that can be done so that the behavior is consistent.
