I made a simple game engine and it could be used to make a game responsive to 2d and 3d. Also, thinbasic has nice programming language compatability and so does yoyogames' game editor 8.0. I don't know how to use the game engine but it should work it reads a record and there is some function constants. Also, at xblite there is a nice manual on win32 programming there you can find out how to use gdi32.dll and kernel32.dll. That's all. Greg Lyons
Here is the code for the game engine I compiled with visual Basic 6.0
VERSION 1.0 CLASS
BEGIN
MultiUse = -1 'True
Persistable = 0 'NotPersistable
DataBindingBehavior = 0 'vbNone
DataSourceBehavior = 0 'vbNone
MTSTransactionMode = 0 'NotAnMTSObject
END
Attribute VB_Name = "Class1"
Attribute VB_GlobalNameSpace = False
Attribute VB_Creatable = True
Attribute VB_PredeclaredId = False
Attribute VB_Exposed = True
Private Sub Class_Initialize()
Set fs = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
Set a = fs.CreateTextFile("C:\7C2\ISSUE.txt", True)
a.adDoMoveFirst
Do
a.adModeRead
Loop Until a.EOF
a.Close
COLORUSAGE = vbPaletteModeObject
FLATGRAFX = mskFlat
THREEDGRAFX = mskThreeD
End Sub
and here is the ISSUE.txt don't forget it goes in folder 7C2
